- Try your best to be prepared.
- Make sure equipment is working properly.
- Don’t read questions, instead make conversation more natural.
- Make the interview a comfortable conversation.
- Make sure you don’t ask yes or no questions.
- Feel free to interupt if needed.
- Make questions short and clear.
- After the interview thank and ask the subject how they think the interview went.
